Konstantinos Paragioudakis was born in Naples, Italy.

He is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a master’s degree from the Department of International and European Studies of the University of Piraeus.

In 2011 he was granted with the license to practice from the Athens Bar Association and in 2013 he founded his own law firm in the center of Athens.
